K7 Accounting Solutions’ main objective is to offer secured online accounting service to US clients. We have established a state-of-the-art accounting lab with dual monitor computers for secured working atmosphere. Access to the lab is controlled by finger print bio-metric access control machines, thus doing away with unauthorized persons. The lab is equipped with surveillance cameras having recording facilities for monitoring. A security audit is systematically undertaken on a daily/weekly basis by playing the DVR recordings of the camera. 24 hour Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) facility precaution avoids unforeseen power cuts and fluctuations.

The lab is completely sanitized against data/identity theft. Mobiles, phones, paper, pencil, pens, etc., are prohibited in the lab. The computers are totally protected by disabling CD/DVD/floppy accessories, USB and all data transfer ports. The terminals do not have access to email and internet.  Only data transfer between our office and clients is allowed  through secured FTP channels. 

The computers are physically secured by lock and key to prevent any unauthorised tampering. The staff have access only to the on/off switches and are strictly instructed to operate only the required software. Any attempt to violate the rules attracts instant termination of the employee, without any questions.

The Lab is attached to a leading Chartered Accountant firm in India which is empanelled by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for conducting audit of Government Enterprises. This provides a source of instant accounting and legal support, as well as monitoring of security-related issues.
Our Secured Accounting Lab
 
   
1. Employees must first deposit all their personal items like Pens, Papers, Wallets, Mobiles, PDA's, Pen Drives, etc., in the lockers before entering lab.
   
2. Only authorized employees are permitted to enter the lab. Access is control thru bio-metric finger print access control machines.
   
3. The lab is totally sanitized for data security and prevention of identity theft. The paper less facility consists of dual monitor workstations.
   
4. Activity is completely monitered by surveillance cameras with recording facility . Regular security audit including review of DVR recording is undertaken.
